    Inter Miami star Lionel Messi has been officially ruled out of the upcoming MLS All-Star Game due to rest and recovery needs, but the league has confirmed he will not face a suspension for the move. Typically, MLS regulations require players to participate in the showcase event if selected, or face a one-game ban in their next domestic match.
