A South Carolina boutique owner has been arrested 17 times since the start of the year, as customer fraud complaints continue to follow her across the state.

Pamela "Brooke" Schronce, the owner of Thomas and Turner Children's Boutique, was most recently booked into the Pickens County Detention Center. The listed charge — obtaining money or property under false tokens or letters, less than $2,000 — is the latest in a string of similar cases tied to unpaid online orders.
